Law of Execution;

Is a branch of law that enables the state to appropriate the assets of the defaulter execution of which is lawful through enforcement organs upon the demand of the payee at a rate to compensate the debt and that regulates the rules to be complied with while performing this purpose that aims to collect the debt the payee will get.

Bankruptcy Law;

Is converting the entire assets of the defaulter who goes bankrupt for payee to collect the debt by establishing a bankruptcy estate.
